Yes I do agree on the clothes that Koreans wear on TV. I've been Googling online and true enough most will say that winter is mostly below zero which is colder than European countries and March temperature is about 1 to 5 with the maximum about 10 which is about the same as Australia during winter. And I usually wear a light jacket when I'm in Melbourne during winter daytime and a jacket with jumper and t-shirt inside during winter night. Hence, I figured out it might not be really that cold in Korea during March.

Its not really cold during March in Seoul. When i travel to seoul in Dec last year, I just wear a long sleeve knitted warmwear with a Leather jacket and I survive my 10 days trip.Yes I do agree on the clothes that Koreans wear on TV.
