To answer your question, they have GPS navigation in English. It's relatively easy to use and we didn't get lost, not even once

. Drive slow, drive safe, drive leisurely and enjoy the magnificent scenery Jeju has got to offer.
I don't know what is their formula, we picked up the car at 1:40pm and returned it at 6:30pm (flight at 8:50pm).
This is rather long so I will use spoiler instead.

Our flight arrived in Jeju at 1pm, sorted out with car rental and started our journey at 2pm to get to our accomodation (Tae Gong Gak - which is highly recommended for its cleanliness, hospitality and every other things, like too good to be true, seriously). Drove through 5.16 Road's Forest Tunnel, marvelled at its beauty (too difficult to snap any pictures, though), and arrived in TGG at 3plus. Checked in, sorted out our luggage and spoke to the person in charge Sylvia which is overloaded with friendliness. She recommended us Jungsik Meal, it was delicious. Then we drove all the way to Alive Museum, arrived at 6ish and had to leave at 9pm because of my headache was acting up (strong wind and rained the whole day!).
The next day, we headed out to Seopjikoji via Shore Road (Sylvia told us we could try and we didn't regret eventhough it was just a short stretch), after we have done sightseeing in Seopjikoji, we dropped by at the nearby Sinyang Beach for a couple of photos.
Then continue to the nearby Seongsan Ilchulbong or Sunrise Peak, climbed all the way up with heaps of Pocari Sweat. Amazing view all the way up with few "rests" in between. Heading down hill is much more easier and we covered this at 2plus. Our lunch was take-away burgers and fries and continue our journey to Sangumburi Crater, we passed by Bijarim Forest (I believe) on our way there. It was what I have expected and wished it to be, so glad we've included this place. Euralia flowers covering the whole place- a silvery autumn!! After this we have decided to make our way to Teddy Bear Museum..... when we got there, we decided not to get it because left an hour only. Disappointed. Had dinner at Kraze Burgers (Yes, I love burgers). Went to Cheonjiyeon Waterfall before calling it a day.
Last day at Jeju- reached Sanbangsan at 9am, it's huge but we didn't go in, proceed to Yongmeori Coast furtherdown (5 minutes drive). Sun was blazing, windy, chilling, we are done at this place at 11am. Spent a fortune at O'sulloc Museum and our last attraction is Glass Museum (this is one of the 2 attractions that I feel doesn't worth the time and money).
