2nd day went to Seojikoji, Majanggul Caves, Seoryoni Forest Path, Art Trick Museum, Jeju Folk Village & at nite lepak at Jeju town.

Early morning before dawn already arrive in Seongsan Ilchubong Peak to watch sunrise. After that back to hotel, take shower, had breakfast & chk out. Deliver our car to the depot & took shuttle bus provided by the car rental company to Jeju I.A.

We took taxi arranged by Namsan Gueshouse to Gimpo Airport but I don't remember how much. Maybe KRW50,000 or KRW50,000.

I booked with Kumho, registered and booked at their website. They provide shuttle bus service to their office (also back to airport after you returned the car) where customers collect their cars. It's around 5-10mins drive from airport.

Using the A'Rex train, the duration to Gimpo Airport takes only 33 minutes.
Use that info to budget your time wisely.
Does your RM2k include accommodation? If it does not and it's only for transportation/sightseeing/food/shopping then it should very well be enough. Provided you do not shop for luxury goods or eat at those high class restaurants. Carrying cash in Seoul is pretty safe, nothing to worry about
