Seoul Money changers are everywhere haha.. U can even find them in the middle of Namdaemun market wth a small roadside stall    BT beware. Most of them not operating on Sunday for sure haha. The best rate for sure from this small scale roadside operators haha.. Seoul is one of the easiest place to find Money changers

Can I just ask you abt international roaming. I am using Nokia HP. Nothing fancy. No 3G whatsoever. Can I use this phone in Korea for international calls or sms to Malaysia?? I am using Celcom. I don't want to surfing internet whatsoever. I can do it in the guesthouse. I just need to call or sms my family in Malaysia.

On 3G you can roam only. Off your data and just ON you mobile network with 3G service. Then you're able to call or SMS. Most phones when they Off the data they will automatically go into 2G network instead of 3G. Surf net you can use Wifi

Spring - For flower lovers haha and mild cool temperature..(Can be cold sometime)...Not sure whether Seoul got Sakura flower or not.. 1st time seeing Sakura flower last mth in Tokyo..really nice feeling for sure  .. You still can see snow sometime during this season
