2.how to go back to Incheon airport from Incheon hotel area and Seooul hotel area? Estimate how long to reach the airport?Taxi?bus?subway??

May I knw is exchange ratw for won 2.95 is high? The lowest I purchase is 2.79. For the past few weeks it was in 3.03 to 3.05. Exchange amount rm3000.
Please advise. |
