I don't want to sound rude but you should have figured out the transportation part when you booked the hotel.
There's the Deungchon Subway Station Line 9 which is not too far away which can brings you to Gimpo and interchange to Incheon. You will need to buffer at least 3 hours before your departure time as a general rule of thumb. I don't see it's smart to plan your ETA to the airport in the manner that you are doing as traffic in Seoul can be rather unpredictable with the roads leading out f town getting congested for many reasons.
The hotel staff should be able to guide you on your options. (Bus, Limo Bus, Taxi, etc) And frankly all you need to reach the Incheon airport is money to pay for the taxi fare if you are really in a hurry.

Some CD album released several months prior to their current CD (sometimes a group releases two albums or three in a year) can be as cheap as KRW8,700. The normal "super cheap price" is in the region of KRW11,900 - KRW15,900.

If you want to help your favourite artist with their current album sales count, then buy the CD from Hot Tracks (Kyobo Bookstore) or Synnara Records. There was one Synnara Records in Express Bus Terminal (inside the Shinsagae Department Store shopping mall) but when i went there last month, the store is no longer there.

There are many small shops (small but they carry many titles) in Myeongdong but most shops i went to are quite expensive. One is better off buying directly from Hot Tracks or Synnara instead if you don't mind the price. But if you want to buy original but deeply discounted albums, look for the shop inside Myeongdong Station (underground mall). The undergound mall was recently renovated. There were two shops there but now there is only one. Their price is the cheapest i've found
