I experienced bad MAS flight b4 but that was to Taipei. They used small 737-800 to Taipei..and damn cramp wth only 2 toilets wth long que every minutes & yes no TV on every seat but share small ~ 8' Tv dropped from every 3 row of seats...sigh. Food also so-so nia.

But to Seoul I think they should provide bigger 747 or even A330..Otherwise..avoid 737-800 by all mean

if you look on the map its very near brows.gif but since kangwon-do's mountainous nature, getting there is not easy

the easiest way is by car of cos. if you go by bus, you need to take it at dong seoul bus terminal (dong = east), NOT from kosok or nambu bus terminal. go to jeongseon (around 15k ~ 17k). the bus is every 1 hr or so

in jeongseon bus terminal, take another bus to yeoryang. and then another bus to the platform. it may sound like a hassle, but the transportation system is very efficient

remember to board the earliest bus in the morning so that you can reach there on the afternoon, eat some ramyeon/udong and pedal the 1pm train. it's easy to pedal alone since all going downhill, but better you have someone besides you so that the other person can snap snap snap pictures

anechoic, thanks for your reply smile.gif read on some travel blogs that usually on Chuseok there will be less people in Everland as most Koreans will celebrate with their families at home.. Of course there will still be lots of foreigners smile.gif Actually I am not keen on the rides, but love themeparks all the same! Is it worth to go or shall I go with my friend to the auraji rail bike? The thing is the auraji rail bike is quite far away (like mentioned above about 3-4 hours bus ride). Is there a direct bus to the place? am quite worried also as it might not be operating due to the Chuseok holidays.

Very long journey. I am ok with the journey but dunno about my sisters. If they don't want to go, then I'll go alone. I look at the pictures, love the scenary. That's why I want to go.

Bro, let say if I rent a car,how is the road condition?? Hilly?? Highway all the way?
