My Renovation - From Scratch to Completion

I'm about to embark into renovation of my new house. I intend to document the process in this thread, with the intention to : 1. Gather opinions, contacts, advice from the forumers that may have experience or skills or knowledge associated with this area 2. From the documented process, also act as information thread for others that might have to embark the same journey

Tested the fan, the wind power quite strong, not less than the normal fan.
the only concern is if it lasts or not?

Good contractor + lower price, why don't you install yourself ? LOL.
You should go for Quality of the work + reasonable price.

Yup, first criteria should always be quality of work. Price cheap no use if things are not done properly and end causing more hassle and headache. |
