I'm about to embark into renovation of my new house. I intend to document the process in this thread, with the intention to :

1. Gather opinions, contacts, advice from the forumers that may have experience or skills or knowledge associated with this area

2. From the documented process, also act as information thread for others that might have to embark the same journey

Added on February 17, 2012, 10:34 amLike this solid walnut wood dining table. But the chair is not comfy. So, need to shop for chair to match with the table. Any good suggestion?

Does the fan function or just pay for the design? RM1100 can get a better efficency fan like haiku fan

Tested the fan, the wind power quite strong, not less than the normal fan.

the only concern is if it lasts or not?

Good contractor + lower price, why don't you install yourself ? LOL.

You should go for Quality of the work + reasonable price.

Yup, first criteria should always be quality of work. Price cheap no use if things are not done properly and end causing more hassle and headache.

Is it from Hidakagu? Why not find back the same color theme - wood color plus white/beige/light grey cushion but more comfortable type?
