Ok, i just got my entire account hacked today, i cant login and all, and my email said that the account changed the email to s****@hotmail.com(yes with the *). So there is no way for me to write on the forum, i cant change my password since the email is not the same anymore. I tried to contact Blizzard today but its a bit too late since the service only available between 9am to 7pm.

All i wanna know here is, are they speak in malay language, since my english is a bit rusty. I just got 2 Blizzard numbers for Malaysian, and hoping atleast they support Malay language. And this is somewut an urgent. I cant let go of my over 5 year old Battle.net account vanished like that with 3 lvl85 fully epiced, plus a Starcraft 2. It will be a major loss.

thx.

1. Call Blizzard at their number. Don't bother with Singapore's line. Call US direct.
2. They'll ask you to verify a few things. Any codes of your previous purchases, (inclusive of Starcraft, WoW, etc) and you'll need to validate your identity by sending them a soft copy/fax of your valid ID with address (I sent them my IC)

Wait for 3 days. That's how long it took for mine.

BTW, an honest correction: It's "Customer", not "Costumer". You might want to change the spelling of the heading as it could misled others into thinking this is a WoW costume thread.
