well i need to do ladder for hero set though

10-15k is good against female classes.
you need around 20-25k or more for male classes (high rating players).
my guardian has around 20k para resist (without plate) due to str stacking and para resist pot.

if you have a high enough para, try going into comp off matches.
my merc n pala can kick someone to death (if they didn't use their counter skills).

and what prefixes should i use for armor? i couldnt find any guide about it for my characters.

Offensive would be the best since you're the one who would be dealing the fast pacing skill. For armor since more STR = more para, its really up to you, warrior really do have low HP IMHO its better for you to go vit.

good example of high paralyze build sm, though he is a ML. So it is easier to stack para as a gladiator.

for armor , i need to craft healthII for all parts and iron wallII for gloves?
as for heraldry , should i go 3rd stat para or 3rd str?
because i will do nest with my guildmates ( to clear weekly nest )

going offensive is much better as you can annoy the opposite side.
you can even interrupt their skills.

regarding 3rd stat heraldries, only go para if you're a ladder nut.

just find weapons with paralyze pots.
skill rings should have this stat:
[vit para stun crit]
you will benefit from the extra vit and para/stun from the stats.

i also need to remind you that the status effects are nerfed in ladder.
FD and crit are nerfed hard, so don't bother upping them for ladder.
para is nerfed in ladder too but i can't remember the calculation.
example, you have 20k para in pve, but in ladder, you will have around 6-8k.

so, to get a good amount of para in ladder, use redemption plate as well.

para is only useful in ladder, as for pve, crit is always better.
