hey guys... my streamyx just keep on disconnect. email tm and they call me back and say may be is my splitter problem and ask me to buy another new splitter. I have try not to use splitter (not using phone) and just plug the modem to the socket and it is still disconnect. i'm broadband newbie.

so what is the potential problem?
anybody can help to figure it out?

my Aztech router can't check the attenuation and other information about the phone line, so any other method to check? i have try look through all the information in 192.168.1.1 but no information regarding attenuation showed.... pls help... thx
