My connection's been prone to disconnection over the last year, but the past few weeks have been awful. I can't get it running for more than a few seconds sometimes. That's fast enough for text only webpages, but it's really inconvenient for downloading or posting on forums etc. Can anyone take a look at my stats and offer any advice?

Also, the download rate for my Bit Torrent's been attrocious as well. Any advice on that as well?
