i'm using a belkin router modem... how do i find out wads my SNR margin...?

i know... but the modem doesn't have the statistics....

i tried with a D-Link modem instead, and this is the results

but i'm still getting 400-500 kbps download from speedtest.net...

i've done everything, reset the port, reconfigure the speed, clearly not SNR margin problem.... why oo why... =(
