I have called TMNUTS for more than ten times, opened two reports, problem not solved. Sigh ............

also, whenever i pick up my housephone my dsl led will stop blinking for some time but will start blinking again after a couple of minutes(sometimes longer, sometimes shorter).
Ehhh....... that's exactly what I'm doing to get the DSL light stable again, guess we're both facing the same problem. I've called them many times until I give up. They don't seem to know what I'm trying to complain in the first plan. I wonder why they don't hire some people with technical knowledge than hiring any Tom, d***, Harry to be in their customer support department.Connection Status Connected
