why why....my line attenuation and margin are excellent, yet i'm still having disconnection..aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa...

excellent. gotta love your line attenuation.

about my disconnection, there have certain problem (cable problem according to the technician) in my dslam area. now they are fixing it. i saw them at the port like everyday. hope things going back normal soon...

i believe it's TMnet side problem..till now i'm still..have the disconnection even it's not frequent like hell..

i did already upgrade the firmware too (dsl600e) .. new interface..the weird part, no dns option where you insert the dns address..erm..

in my own experience, different modem perhaps take effect on that besides your phone line and perhaps the splitter(?). i have two Aztech same model. one of them, i already upgrade the firmware. i manage to reduce 9 for line attenuation. though i'm reducing about 6 for margin. but the modem which i'm upgrading the firmware seem works well and better than the other one. just my idea.

ninja edit: sometime changing your modulation will help increase the margin.

izzit good? never got problem with internet connection since got streamx. but i got 'supernova disconnect' while playing DoTA  vmad.gif

your line is excellent. why got disconnected? first, when getting connected to internet, try do ping test for dota. if the ping reply is super late/late/ping timeout, switch to other ip.
other theory why still getting disconnected, it's TMnet problem side.

teruk la, sebab line attenuation punya value tinggi manakala value untuk margin rendah. patutla saudara selalu disconnect. call telekom di talian 100. beritahu masalah ni. mungkin nanti pihak telekom akan hantar technician ke rumah saudara untuk check phone line.

according that ss, you have lovely line. just the problem at the port at your area. happen to me before, but now problem solved after they did some maintainence at the port, temporary 512kbps.

Jerry > to overcome your problem, i suggest you call 100 and explains to them about this disconnection issue. usually after that, they will send a technician to check your line. they might as well change the wiring phone.

you cant change by yourself, you have to inform TMnet about this.
solution to overcome this problem is call 100. ask them to check your phone line.

i prefer Fast Path with decent margin and low attenuation for online gaming.

what i can say that , most people with high attenuation will probably get fast path..kinda strange to me since if they under high line attenuation, interleaved probably will help to reduce data loss. just my idea. cheers.
