I faced the same problem too, requent dc, my BT drop to less tha 10kbs. My NSR is less than 10db. The tmnuz called me he said is my line copper problem. He insists if i change line then he only can check weather is his problem or mine. So fedup with him, but nvm I still got 1 month left before moving out. Lazy to argue with him.

no charge? you mean change our house line connection? That guy who called me said if you need to change the house line it cost rm 50.
What you tell the telekom ppl?

What if my connection is like every minute the adsl no signal. Meaning like connected but then less than or one minute lost signal. THen back again but lost signal again. It keeps repeat and repeat. Untill u can't have a 5 minutes suft net chances.
ANything do with MTU and MRU?

I can't use GLITE, as I won't able to get adsl signal on it. I only use multi and GDMT.
I still don't understand why the connection so bad. The adsl keep blinking every minute. Using phone no problem.

I not sure what happen. But kinda strange. First the adsl signal very noisy, keep blinking. It only stable for a minute then blink, keep repeating. But during midnite, 12am. THe signal kinda stable. It did dc but at least not requent DC for each minute. However during morning 7 something till evening, the signal back to crazy.
Does anyone got this problem?
