i already call and make a report to TM 100...if the technician come...how to tell them exactly as i always disconnect in 1-2 hours?

damm dulanz the telekom...i phone 100 call them come..they check they say my phone line no problem...but i still dc like nobody business ...today i dc more than 10 times...damm !@#$ ...
