are you sure changing the wall line doesnt cost even a cent???coz when my line upgraded frm 512kbps to 1m few month ago, i got frequent dc and they said my line is old..changing the wire from outside to wall plug cost rm100 if not mistaken... sweat.gif

so,the foc is cable outside my house? my house is old... 10-20yrs old already...so,how to ask the telekom to change the outside wire for FOC?? sweat.gif
