Is this normal? i'm having a lot of disconnection. can it be fix thru my side or i have to call streamyx and "F" them up side down?

thxs for those replies. i didnt use any splitter. my old plain modem just broken so i changed to this DSL-504T and upgraded it to the latest firmware. for the first few weeks its still ok. now it disconnect so damn fking many times i'm tired with it. any suggestion or opinion on this case?

btw, my package is just a normal RM88 not sure why i got that 8mbps with me but anyway i cant reach 8mbps, its just crapshit.
