it's getting tiring being asked to flush your dns/take off your splitter/bypass router direct connect/etc everytime i call 9515. how to tell them off?


Added on February 20, 2009, 6:29 pmi'm on 1mbps package and for the past 10 months was downcapped to 512kbps. Also, for the past 2 weeks connection kept disconnecting and I found it my SNR margin hovers around 2-8dB and my line attenuation for my downstream around 57dB (i.e. it's horrific). So, I made a call this morning saying specifically my SNR is way low and hammering it into the technical support guy.

And I checked my modem just now and I got this.

Hopefully, it'll last longer than a day. This morning's call was my third call to streamyx within a month.
