Frequent Disconnection happen almost 2 months already... The ADSL light will keep blinking every 2-3 minutes. (So, cannot play online games and BT downloads)
I have called up TMNet(1300-88-9515) many times already. But, the TMNet technician still cannot solve this problem for me.

Really sad when I also need to pay for the service that I cannot fully use one...

What should I do again? (Any suggestion?)

Since my DS margin is very low(6-7db), I'm guessing my house is located far away from the DSLAM.

After I have report this case to TMNet, then the technician have do the checking to DSLAM.

The technician have told me that the distance from my house to DSLAM exchange is only 3.5KM.

After that, nothing have been changed(still disconnection happen)...



REALLY CANNOT EXPECT SOMETHING MORE FROM TMNut!!!

I have try D-Link DSL-604T before, then it also having the same result DS Margin : 6-8db(Disconnected every minute)...

so the telekom people say it is not the line problem but streamyx's.

on the other hand, streamyx say when i can online, it means the streamyx has no problem, and if i get frequent disconnection, it is about the line.

Yes, both side saying that the problem are not theirs'. Wtf

I have called up TMNet to issue the report Number for this case!
After that, TMNet called up me and given the local TELEKOM technician's contact No. to me (They want me directly to contact the technician) But, the TELEKOM technician still never settle the problem for me after I have told him about my case! And also the TMNet have temporary closed the report number since they have assigned the technician to me already!


MONEY STILL NEED TO PAY TO THEM, BUT WHAT KIND OF SERVICE THAT I HAVE GET NOW???...(Is that Fair)
