Yesterday one technician came and simply said that my splitter is not good. Tell me to get another good one and did not test it without the spiltter. If I was there if he came to my house, I dunno how angry I am gonna be when he said my splitter is not good.

My neighbour changed a new modem and it's pretty good for most of the time.
I am thinking of trying a new modem.......
