Finally 23-3-07 evening, 6.31pm, the telekom people has come to my house. he asked me to plug my line to phone and try n see whether it works or not. then i do what he asked me to, and the line can be used to call other people.

so the telekom people say it is not the line problem but streamyx's.

on the other hand, streamyx say when i can online, it means the streamyx has no problem, and if i get frequent disconnection, it is about the line.

Yes, both side saying that the problem are not theirs'. Wtf
