I have the problem of keep on getting disconnect especially at night,

my modem status as below, the US margin is very low...can anyone give me a guideline on what's the problem of my modem and how can i overcome it...tq.

sometime connection has no problem for 1 or 2 hours, sometime just few minutes will get disconnect....then i have to turn off my router modem and on it back..
