i just got myself new modem tplink td8817

every hour i face auto disconnect whether im on PPPOE or bridge mode...

using my older modem tplink td8816 has no issue...

went back to shop want to replace, fella said its tm problem, nothing wrong with modem...if modem got problem, LAN lite will not be on...as when i DC, the LAN lite still on...no ADSL + internet lite...

the lights all up actually upon disconnect, but when u google search etc no response. takes about 10 seconds b4 the ADSL + internet lite goes off
