problem with your upstream, you should get 512kbps for that. maybe this because your US margin too low.. your line attenuation is excellent. but some time this problem can be solved by changing DSL modulation, try to use ADSL2, ADSL2+ and spot which one better..

your status too bad. DS margin very low.. and so do the line attenuation, very high.. means that both status are really BAD. ask tmnet/telekom to do something with your cable.

downstream margin ok (good) but for upstream not ok.
slow download from file hosting (even premium user) are not effected by margin status, its because our ISP.
