This is my modem status. I'm using Aztech 600E. I face really frequent disconnection. Can somebody identify the fault? Modem or line?

My line has serious problem, DS Margin is 6-7 while DS line attenuation is 60-63. I had the TM changed my cable once, and the connection was stable for about 2 weeks before return to old case. I forgot to check modem status that period. However, they did change the line and it just work for 2 weeks. Could it be there are still other faulty cables?
