more details?? can u plz guide me wat i shd do to get a better n steady line attenuation n margin since mine is terrible... i relly had no idea wat shd i do else since i already called up those screamyx b****es and f***er for more den 3 week to help me... but they ignore me everytime till i relly fed up... feel like wasting my money every month.... other than IM and Webpage Browsing ! That is not all, the internet is not stable at all, when browse net at daylight, its even 10 times slower than 56k dial-up and sometimes cant even reach certain webpage. MSN messenger took like 5minutes to connect and suffer frrequent disconnection. even if it's connected, it's very low chance that the message typed will reach the receipient.

jus now evening i m connecting streamyx.. still login in lowyat n msging for help... suddenly my phone line putus.. no signal at all.. *** lo... i tot my line dis time more "dua ki" liao (big stick)... who know i 9.00 pm connect bek..amazing happened.... i can acess speedometer n run dl n upload meter...
den hor... i can attach file summore... den hor ... open web page super fast.. knn....

here i attached the DSL status of his router. he is using hurricance 9000G
i had comapre his DSL parameter with mine.. i found dat his line atten is ok.. but SNR seems like not relly good... izzit i correct? advice me plz..

so how to solve dis prob s well? thank a lot!!

phone line-DSLAM? how to know is DSLAM o wat??? plz advice

heeheh... ur case still fine la.... my previous problem.. everyday call them n scold them... continous happened till 1 month .. line din improve.... den i gv up... 1 day the operator called me ...asked me wat they can help... i asked he bek.. "wat he can help?" hah.... on dat day, my line become fine....

micro filter will be ur spilter.... spilt ur outside tel line into modem n telphone..

sometimes minor prob might affect ur connection too, such lie faulty tel cable, d socket of d tel cable, d head of cable... spilter might 1 of d reason too.. so hv to check on all dis things.. (from my experiences la)
