Can anyone advice on mine? It has been like this for the past few days now. The snr margin for download used to be 20+, but lately it dropped to this low. I changed the splitter, went back to 20+ but only for a few min, then back to that low again. Should call them to change my line/check dslam? I face no disconnection if i use the internet for regular surfing only, but if i start using it heavily (load many pages at once, download etc) it'll disconnect very often. Usually around night time.
