Yah, that is also if they want to. Trust me, they won't come and fix your line as early as you think, why? Because I'm also a victim of such case now. I called TmNut for nearly a month now. And, they didn't even bother to request a technician to my house to fix my line. Well, a technician do came, changed my phone socket and went off. Few minutes later, I dc-ed again.
So, I called 100 and reported a phone cable fault and the operator told me a technician will call me and confirm with me the day, date and time to come to my house. Still waiting.. You can:- 1. Call 1-300-88-9515 and report your case to them and wait till you get fed up. 2. Call 1-300-88-9515 and report your case to them and call 100 for technical assistance. Same problem as mine as I told you. No point calling 1-300-88-9515 as they cannot fix your problem. They'll just do something stupid and call it a day. It's your line's problem. Ask some experts around and you'll get to know why. juz wondering how u guys tell the guy in 100 so that they will change the cable for u..
coz i dun think they will simply change the cable if phone is workin properly and did not have any noise.... and bout the snr stuff, do they actually know it??? im facing frequent disconnection too nowadays, but my phone have no noise (it had earlier but i called 100 and the telekom guy came n said its the phone problem, and so he changed the phone, now the phone line is clear without noise) but i still face frequent disconnection.... |

All that's all. You've just got to find a solution to every problem, right?
And I suggested calling 100 and have them check your line. I'm suggesting this solution is because I am also having this frequent disconnection problem. @Togepy: They know more than you think of what they know. They know what is SNR Margin, Line Attenuation. Well, at least the technician that came to my house and checked the line knows about those. And I think they are doing a better job than Streamyx's Technician. Fyi, Streamyx's technicians and TmNut's technicians are different, in sense of level =) (Play too much DotA). Well, it's all up to you. 1300xxxxxx call that crappy operator only ask u make new connection and unplug ur cable and plug it back only. i call 100 they ask me call 1300xxxx??
damnit my line not stable since 3 week ago keep dc every 5 min cant DOTA. |
