Who can help my internet? I stay around 500m from exchange. My internet can download fast. but damn unstable always dc..

Your DS & UP Margin very low .. You should call 100 to fixed it. Just say you unsatisfy with their services and ask the technician to fix it. The normal you should get for DS/UP Margin should be minimum 18 above.

ask the technician come to work it out for you is the only way.It may be caused by faulty wiring as you said that the exchange is only 500m away from your house,thus your line signal should be good.

yea i call them already they said they will check their exchange side first then if its not a problem there they will send technician to my house.

my downstream margin sometimes go to negative value also =/

hopefully they can solve your problem asap.

Bro... can u give any suggestion to me abot my modem setting or i just call tmnet come to settle this problem....
I have call tmnet ready any they come check the line in my area say no problem with it.

i called 1300889515, and they say you only get 80% of what you subscribed?i pay for the 1mb package....i used to get 1024..... this is what i get,o.o,my line att is high,margin is low,and i think i am using an underground cable?is it troublesome to fix it?does it cost alot?i am just 15 this year..i don't know alot about this.

Try plug your phone cable ( use short cable) directly to Modem..

see your margin can goes higher or not.
