You should call 100 to fixed it. Just say you unsatisfy with their services and ask the technician to fix it. yea i call them already they said they will check their exchange side first then if its not a problem there they will send technician to my house.
my downstream margin sometimes go to negative value also =/ |

i called 1300889515, and they say you only get 80% of what you subscribed?i pay for the 1mb package....i used to get 1024..... this is what i get,o.o,my line att is high,margin is low,and i think i am using an underground cable?is it troublesome to fix it?does it cost alot?i am just 15 this year..i don't know alot about this.

Any idea if its my line/modem/Streamyx issue? Thanks! |

Try plug your phone cable ( use short cable) directly to Modem.. see your margin can goes higher or not. |
