Yes, provided you have the passion and motivation. It is very effective for building abs. It targets both the upper, low abs and the obliques. You also can target your lower back and whole core by reversing the direction you sit on the AbRocket.

However, if you expect it to work in 3 days, then impossible la. Few weeks can see the abs shape, couple of months for ripped abs.

Are you sure if I dont do any exercise just using this machine would give me 6 packs? BTW they say spot reduction doesnt work, so how?

I've never said anything about not doing any exercise. Its best to combine cardio exercise(jogging, running, rope skipping or even walking) with this machine. How does this relate to spot reduction?

I thought low bodyfat determines whether your abs show or not. That means if I use this will my nice 6 packs at 8.5% bodyfat look even nicer?
