the problem is... i do not know what is the hidden charges... they never specified it
they shown the price 450, then I proceed entering my cc#, click complete
boom... thank you for 500 payment bla bla bla...  doh.gif

this is my situation la, and at the time i tot mayb i need to pay for the international exchange rate coz they r thai company... i just accept lo... never really occur to my to investigate further...
ofcoz i m not happy coz the hotel is in msia... why there is international rate different when im using msia cc#.
due to various reason and i need the hotel during CNY, i didnt care much at the time.
just noted to myself, never book from them again...

The main page shows price before tax eg RM450, after you click "book it" the next page shows RM450 & another row for tax, in your case is RM500 -> before you key in all the CC info & "confirm" rolleyes.gif

It applies for both PC & mobile version, you can go try again. I use Agoda for years never see hidden charge cool.gif

Can try Cosmo Hotel at Mongkok. Price around RM300-400/night for 2. Quite clean and people are friendly and helpful there.

this hotel is good, decent walking distance to the olympic mtr & provide shuttle bus to macau ferry as well as few malls. opposite got mc'd & nearby got kopitiams/ 茶餐室.

+1. i always spend full day in ocean park & buy 2day ticket for disney coz my child love it. but normally i stay > 1wk so those go 4-5day may not have much time for these themeparks.

Cosmo at Tai Kok Tsui Rd. Walk to nearest Olympia station takes about 10 - 15mins. But they have free shuttle bus quite frequent bring to few locations namely langham (you can take MTR Mongkok here), or another 1 dono wad terminal (here can walk to Symphony of lights) and another location. You can see their facebook, quite good review. Staff are friendly too..and right opposite McD with many other shops and eateries
