Not sure about that. But they launched the shop lots last week and all the corner lots sold. Not sure about the intermediate though. The corner lots are 4 storey, 4.1+ mil, with lift. And intermediate are 3 storey ~1.8 mil.

QUOTE(woengx2 @ Feb 14 2012, 10:03 PM) Shop lots wor, maybe the banks bought them. Haha. The service apartment if you are interested, maybe call them tomorrow office hour. Because they have anchored TESCO and Taylor's college there, so they must be very confident about their launches now. |

It's only a matter of time before someone brought this up. Saw this advertisement in The Star 4 days ago =)
http://mystar.my/ads/ad.aspx?id=be21d7b9-3...59-4db59e537b26 They didn't mention about the service apartment though, so maybe the price indication for that is still anybody's guess ? Another thing to note is that the advertisement shows 124 units of shop lots are available but since we're in phase 1, only 62 units are opened for sale, leaving another 62 units on the next phase(s) in which chances are going for higher price since they are directly opposite the New Tesco. http://www.bukitpuchong.com.my/html/projec...wtown_spec.html |

Please take note that in the advert it put Taylor's International School and not College...do you think might effect the rental demand for the service apartment? coz if school..then usually the student stay with parents...at home..unlike college students who will rent service apartmentsThe service apartment if you are interested, maybe call them tomorrow office hour. Because they have anchored TESCO and Taylor's college there, so they must be very confident about their launches now. |

if Taylors International School then it's different la. The students are mix of Royalty, Datuks and Tan Sri sons, Listed company sons and doctors sons ...... They sure drive themselves or got ah mat. Do you ever see a 15 year old boy posses a valid driving license? |

if it's a school, probably shop lot will be good -> restaurant, cafe, and etc as usually parents will bring their kids for lunch after school
unless someone can verify this is college and not a school.. |

Keyword : "Tertiary" I think Bukit Hitam is taking a cue from The Wharf. Time will tell. |

So I don't it is Taylors College/Uni. The 3 storey shoplots have great potential since price fr 1.7mil. Corner lot is very potential but IMO 4 storeys a bit too much. Can the Grd Flr and 1st Flr sustain at least 15k rental since the price is from 4.1mil? |

location is not good. access is through a diamond interchange (currently almost saturated) and a partial diamond interchange. No access from SKVE at the back. tasik prima location is better but leasehold.

QUOTE(tmc @ Feb 15 2012, 06:24 AM) Hi. I hear the sizes are 600sf and 900sf. At 400psf - may at least be reachable for entry level ppl earning around 3k plus NETT income. If salary is 5.5k... minus car 1k minus epf, tax... still can buy the 240k unit. if flexiwork at home then can save petrol. |
