well such problems can be solved if Malaysia removes the 30% 'requirement' for MNC and local businesses. Just see if there is the desire to do so.

At the moment, only MNCs have the power to pay a lot. Unfortunately local rules make it unattractive to bring these giants in. So too bad lor, all msians irregardless of race suffer.
