Platinum is ridiculous. Primes on the first wave. By wave four, all enemies are fighting, cerberus, geth AND reapers. Holy shit.

Played vanguard and adept with new shotgun and pistol.

Vanguard new abilities are both long range. First is a phantom like canon shot from the palm that uses barrier. The other one is like Shockwave with a sword swipe animation. Seems to take a bunch of frames to execute.

Adept annihilation wave is close combat ability, had range of similar to tech burst. First activation primes, second detonates. Quick cool down, able to spec to increase movement speed. Dark channel is good, like single player. Think you have to recast for multiple explosions.

Apostle pistol is kinda shit, but didn't have time to use it enough so who knowa how good it could be. No quick fire, charge weapon. Once charged, projectiles bounce off walls like falcon, but no aoe.

Shot gun is automatic, decent fire rate. Got good kills with vanguard charge and unload in platinum. Spread is super wide though, wider than Claymore. Didn't try it with choke.

Also, TON of new gear and all the mods that were leaked a while back.

For Shadow Strike, you disappear and reappear behind your target and do a sword slash.

Never got to use Devastator Mode, as someone prior to me had inverted the y-axis. I wasn't used to it and kept on dying.

Multi-frag grenades are wrist-mounted like Ballistic Blades but with a cap like regular grenades.

Missile Launcher is a shoulder-mounted launcher. I didn't like it too much.

Firebase London looks like the area in single-player where you have to defend the missile launcher trucks.

Firebase Vancouver is pretty big. Lots of ladders and ramps.

Ah yes, the wave 8 platinum wipe. It was all girls playing. One had a vorcha, I believe two were asari and I believe the last was a geth.

It was pretty nail-biting just watching.

Haha it's okay, slowpoker said around 5pm like that he's gonna do another reaper gold game. If I'm free at that time I'll join too.

So 1st off platinum will be beatable. I did see alot of people wiping out on wave 1-3 but alot told me they only play bronze and silver so I didn't expect alot. my 1st time up i ran with the new pahntom like character. her biotic slash is kinda like a smash and very powerful. her shadow strike is awesoem. i got a smug sense of satisfaction from finifhing off an atalas, phantom, and banshee with it during teh same wave. we did FBW and ceberus but buy wave 3 we had eveyrthing fighting us. its all 3 factions big bosses and small bosses.  first time i played we made it to wave 6. 2nd try we got to wave 10 and completed it. the 10 objective isthe new escort mission. it works well. its a mobile hack basically. I enjoyed it for sure. The good folks at bioware gave us all the razor xbox controller for getting that far.

Just finished squad objective will full extraction... some guy was using the inifinite missile cheat, dunno how else we could've survived that.. y'all that play gold regularly have my fullest RESPECT

just now with slowpoker, we did it at Firebase Ghost.

Congrats bro. Just now when my brother was farming at FBWGG someone used that glitch too, he was lvl 1 phoenix adept and after completing the match he's already at lvl 9 

Level was hydra, the team was good, nobody died, got 10 waves survived medal, and i even save one player from sync kill using my missile. 

Yeah i will . I just hope my asus modem arrive early x.x

is it normal to lag if one was hosting a game on mp?

I've played a game or two when others host a game and it lags like hell and sometimes the game freezes for a while before it runs back smoothly again..

aaaah..now i know..thanks..i've been wondering..sometimes the lags can be very bad which ends up i lost connection to the game as well..
