For any reno w'out permit wit any council.
Snap a photo & directly go to ur place council then ask them what to do.
Normaly u juz hav to submit the architecture drawing & most council got list of architect that can help u.
Juz prepare some xtra money for d whole process..roughly RM3-5k. The architect will settle evrything for u.

You think you are the only one? 10-20 yrs ago for every 3 reno only 1 apply for permit and out of 5 who applied 4 had no proper follow thru. It is like you submit the plan get approved, that's it! As far as the council is concerned you did not reno!

Why worry? if the council want to tear down your house reno, they have thousands of house renos to tear. If they only want to tear yours sue them for selective prosecution. So, they can never tear anyone except ask you to pay fine. And best of all they dont want to kacau you. Whose fault? No one ! This is our culture. Malaysia boleh!
