It is with great anticipation and excitement that GameAxis Malaysia would like to inform you that after six (6) consecutive years of

organizing our successful annual CELgames PC gaming tournament we are now embarking on another great gaming event, GameAxis VERSUS.
Building on the success of CELgames, the strong demand from the local gaming community has made us decide to organize a gaming event that

accommodates PC and console gaming. GameAxis VERSUS will be that new stage to unite all platforms, i.e. PC and PS3 under one single

tournament.

GameAxis VERSUS will be held at Sunway Pyramid(blue concourse) from 23-25 March, 2012. (TOURNAMENT ON SAT & SUN ONLY / Friday is testing n trial day)

COD 4 Modern WarFare (R&R TBC, will discuss with community and adjusted by marshals )
Maximum Participants: 16 Teams of 5 players Tournament Mode: Best of 3 Games Game 1: Promod Game 2: Promod Game 3: Promod
Game Time: 10 Mins per Game or complete score at 7500 points Weapons and Perks: Standard Default

Tournament Start at: 1.00 noon.
Participants is allowed to bring joy pads, however they are responsible for their own patch. If PC cannot detact, game has to move one withing 10 minutes.

League of Legends Dominion Tournament

Tournament Format
Single elimination:
All 16 will be placed into single elimination brackets. In the round of 16 (Ro16), Quarter Finals (QFs) and Semi Finals (SFs), teams will be required to play a Best of One match with their opponents. The Grand Finals (GFs) will be a Best of Three match.

Game Settings
Mode: Custom Game 5v5 (draft pick), Best of One (Ro16, QFs, SFs) or Best of Three (GFs).
Champion Selection: Players may only select champions that they have unlocked or are currently unlocked through the champion rotation.
Map: The Crystal Scar
Victory occurs when any of the following criteria are met:
• The opponents’ nexus is destroyed
• The opponents surrender
• All 5 opponents disconnect
The miscellaneous rules can be found in Appendix A. Players are to use their personal flying spaghetti monster League of Legends account.

Appendix A
Draft:
The starting five players of each team must be declared before the draft begins. Substitutions are only allowed between games, but they must be declared before the draft of the next game begins.

Best of One: A coin toss will be conducted to determine which team will choose the first pick/ban. The team which chooses the first/pick ban will start on the Blue team. Their opponents will take the purple team.

Draft order:
Bans: ABABAB
Picks: ABBAABBAAB

Disconnections:
All games will be continued regardless of any player’s disconnection. The referee will only intervene if the disconnection occurs:

• To all players due to an issue with the server.
• Within 3 minutes of the start of the match, before first blood (if any player is unable to reconnect).
• Directly after champion selection.

If disconnection(s) occur, the referee may choose to (a), restart the game, (b), award victory to one of the teams, ©, ignore the disconnection, or (d), arbitrarily decide for both teams the next course of action.

Unfair play:
The following actions constitute unfair play:
• The use of any cheat program and/or map hack program.
• An intentional disconnection.
• The use of any settings exceeding the standard and permitted settings
• Allowing the opponents to win a match.
• Disruptive (e.g. shouting or cussing), inappropriate and/or unprofessional behaviour directed towards another player or team.
• The use of a program bug that is determined by the referee(s) as being unfair.
• False declaration of surrendering (e.g. typing “gg”/“it’s over”).
• Any “unnecessary chatting” during the match.

“Unnecessary chatting” means any chatting for purposes other than those listed below:
• Greeting messages between the players.
• Any message to highlight game errors or bugs.

If a referee decides that external conditions (Press, Team Leader, Players, Spectators, etc) are giving or have given an unfair advantage to a player, the player may be given a warning or lose by default at the referees’ sole discretion.

Teams which want to report their opponents for unfair play should do so during or immediately after the game to their game referee(s).

Upon discovery of any player committing any violations regarded as unfair play, the offending player, at the sole discretion of the board of referees, may receive a warning, a forfeit loss or, in extreme cases, be disqualified from the tournament.

During the event, the referee(s) reserve the right to classify any other actions as unfair play.
