what's the best car loan rate (7 - 9 years) for honda, toyota and nissan?
is it 2.4%? no better than this?
i am planning to get 2nd car.

like to check. if i want to buy a new car, is it necessary that i have to follow the showroom's agent bank recommendation. Or could I just walk in to any banks to check on their best rates and apply from there?
