certain bank already started that max loan tenure 7yrs (like HLB).. but most of them (maybank, cimb, ambank, bank islam, RHB n etc2) still proceed with 9yrs max wink.gif

yes, they require job offer letter (complete 1 set from offer letter, T&C up until the section u accept the offer), 1st payslip and degree/diploma scroll & transcript smile.gif

as for interest rate, only saga FLX n viva (new) will get interest rate no less than 3.0% (except RHB, they still can offer <3.0%, depending on loan amount and tenure)

Side track. Was wondering if you guys know how much banks are willing to lend in terms of % against income? What is the Debt Service Ratio acceptable to bankers when considering a car loan.
