Haha an above average processor should be more than sufficient for multitasking.
If you are not a hardcore gamer who wants everything to set to best quality sound and graphic

It cost me about 2k for my Acer and I could easily multitask.
Only once I overload it by not turning it off a week straight + fast pace gaming
