You have to buy the right stuff in Black Friday sales. Not everything is on sale and not everything is jaw dropping prices.

For example I bought a G.Skill Ripjaws 8GB x2 rams during the sale for USD44. Normal price now is USD134. Last year normal price was much higher. This ram from last year until now, nothing can beat the price + delivery I paid for and I think the price I paid can even beat next year normal prices.

This year will be the year for HDD and SSD for sure. I won't be surprise to see 128GB SSD for USD40 or 256GB for USD70. For comparison, last year 120GB SSD cheapest was USD70 but very limited. Newer SSD tech + bigger capacity launches will push the smaller SSD to go for clearance. While last year we see 512GB, this year already will have 1GB SSD. So those 128/256 might see some deep sale for clearance sake. 

Black Friday is NOT for new item launches. Latest GPU, CPU etc will not get a big price cut as these are still popular. But older models which are being cleared off in bulk will be the target.
