just got back from LCCT...
not been a lucky week for me.
my inspira track record :
1 JPJ love letter for cermin hitam
1 speed trap along KESAS (near OUG) for doing 120km/h
3 police roadblock (only 1 was cari pasal trying his luck to makan)
1 JPJ roadblock along fed highway (kena cermin hitam again... but after some discussion its all set)
1 JPJ roadblock at LCCT exit - no problem becuz all window roll down with passenger smoking.
jeezzz am wondering if i should stop driving out at night... or should i just get rid of the tinting...

for cermin hitam... police cannot do anything wan...
dat time when i kena, the officer went to ask the sarjan how to handle... then the lady sarjan said "lepas ajer la... bukan kita boleh saman apa apa pun"... then he came back and said : "ok la, kali ni last warning ok... balik nanti buka tinting, kalo tak next time i sure saman"

police got no inspection letter wan la...
only JPJ got.
nowdays, if the JPJ issue, sure issue you inspection letter... unless those orange color pajero... kena dat one... they have gears inside can straight detect the window % and can issue saman straight, and yet still have to send into JPJ to settle checking again.
