Time for my 10k/6 months service...although my mileage is only 6300km doh.gif
Called up EON Jalan 227 PJ for appointment on Thursday.
Changing all 4 bump stoppers and stabiliser bushes (front and back). Only Syntium 1000...oh well....used that for my 1st service and no issues with it so far. I've still got the balance of the 1L to be used for this service.
Looks like a whole day's job...got to be there before 8am blink.gif
Lucky it's near to my office. Can drop it off and pick it up later in the day...save 1 day leave tongue.gif
The SA, Mr Amarjit, is one friendly, helpful guy.

yes, my FC more than half tank dy.....less than 300km.

last time 300km can be at 50%, now 280km at 75% petrol.....  T_T .....

later go pump petrol and check again.
*
Mine oso like that most of the time...abt 75% petrol used = 270 - 280km. And i'm not daredevil driver doh.gif
During the last long weekend, i went to Ipoh and back to KL, avg speed 110 - 120 kmh...most of the time on cruise control. When I filled up again, total petrol used abt 46L = 515km sad.gif

How is it u guys get 500km for city driving ??/ blink.gif blink.gif

Going for my service tomorrow. Let's what the SA says hmm.gif

normally me in highway 140-160 also 11km/l.
*
Yea..after the service tomorrow, need to check the oil level. Are you using Syntium 1000 15w50 ?

Changed the stabilizer bushes and bump stoppers together with 10k service. Tighten all the undercarriage nuts and bolts. I told SA the car felt kinda loose. Much better now after tightening.
Left my car at the SC at 7.45am and collected it at 5.30pm. So far no kluk-kluk and ngek ngek sound. Hopefully it stays that way.
Very friendly service.

Bump stopper need to order early or how? they use mitsu oil filter?
*
Well when i called to make an appointment they had stocks. Yup Mitsu filter in Proton packaging tongue.gif
I guess if service at EON no need to worry about the type of oil filter coz they know need to use Mitsu filter. The SA was aware that some SC uses Proton oil filter (blue colour filter). He said should stick to Mitsu filter for better filtering process.
The only drawback is they don't have Syntium 3000....only Syntium 1000.

The car definitely feels better after the suspension tightening...and maybe also b'coz fo new bump stoppers and bushes hmm.gif
When i informed the SA about the car feels loose, he called me back after few hours to inform that the undercarriage nuts n bolts were indeed not tightened properly. Goes to show that even if you have a good product, if there are monkeys at the production line..the product suffers doh.gif

This morning the car felt good, no squeaky sound from the bushes and have not heard the 'tuk tik' sound so far...so i guess the new bump stopper works. Hopefully it stays that way.

hmm...i think i better go change my oil filter after 3k mileage.

yes, the dilemma is,

mitsu filter + syn 1000 = Eon

or proton filter  + syn 3000 = small small SC

why la so susah.

but syn 3000 really feels smoother.
*
haha...that's right. The SA did say that a lot of his customers requested Syn3000 but the management only brings in Syn 1000. Actually Syn 1000 ok la...maybe FC a bit higher than using Syn 3000.
The EON Jalan 227 SC uses Syn 1000 for Lancers also...haha.

I got the free service, if i change to Syntium 1000 need to top up berapa? btw i went there for my first service.. the oil filter is RM12 geh.. i don know it's mitsu or proton though.. didnt check.. =.=
*
Hmm...not sure about that bro. Coz i don't have the free service vouchers. Maybe u can try calling them 03-7956 8811.
You went to EON Jalan 227 for your first service ? I did my 1st and 10k service there and it's Mitsu filter (Black colour). They charged RM34-something for the oil filter.

I wan snap picture d of my oil filter.. hmm.. i'll go there for 10k km service then.. so far my car no kluk kluk but still can change the bump stoppers? what reason to give?
*
Actually, in my case when i called for service appointment, I just mentioned bushes and bump stoppers and the SA said "Oh yes.. Inspira must change those things" before even seeing my car...hahaha.
But you have to go early coz it'll take time to replace the bump stoppers. I left my at the SC at 7.45am and even then there were ppl before me ! The SA called me at 5.10pm to say job completed....a whole day to service, change bump stoppers, bushes and settle whatever you ask them to do. It's quite a busy SC...so go early. Very friendly service...they even ask you to test drive the car with them to check if all problems settled.

Rubz said he service and change for 1 whole day wor.. 2 jam u think express ka?
*
Haha...i suppose if its not a very bz SC, it'll take a 2-3 hours or maybe half a day. Stabiliser bush is very fast to change one. Bump stopper longer coz need to take out absobers. All depends on manpower oso. In my case i just told the SA "i leave the car here n goin to work..make sure all kowtim nicely". My office nearby oni tongue.gif
