sell: rooney (too big-headed, very high salary, ball control still terrible), macheda (rossi & tosic were better than him), hernandez (can only play well with rooney on form...), anderson (boroi & injury prone)
buy: hernanes (lazio, best as regista/current scholes position, can also play wide & take freekicks), kagawa (dortmund, better than Ozil, can run around as much as JS Park), hulk (he bossed citeh's backline in the europa match)

If we buy a player like Assaidi or Hazard whom is right footed but operate on the left, like Young, then we don't have any natural left footers on the wings anymore after Giggs retires.

Berba is a great player and very skillful, but lack pace.
I consider him something like a more skillful Teddy Sheringham.
But during Teddy's days he had the crossing bombardment support from Nev and Becks.
While our full throttle counter attack style would not even suit a great player like Ruud Van Nistelrooy.
