Its quite easy to sense one though. Just look for cute innocent girls attracted to the protogonist and love triangles. On the exception of AIR since theres almost no romance involved at all.

I don't see why someone has to dislike this anime.
It is of superb quality and a pretty interesting storyline.
Or maybe its the lack of boobs and skimpy clothes making you dislike the anime?
