As most ppl here already say, Hollow Axtaria is more of a fandisk, and non-canon in regards as a sequel to the story. Again, don't think too hard about this.
We assume that the grail supercedes both space and time and pulls heroes after their death, even if the death is later in the future. That said, Saber was pulled after her death, eventhough it makes it seem as if she was returned to the point before her death.

lol....some ppl too innocent ma....not as corrupted as us oyajiis. XD IIRC, they kissed, next scene both of them were on a futon , and saber was folding up the sheets when she told him she's ready.
