Imagin that additional 1mm thick of SII battery increases 350mah. If they make the phone thicker for the battery, they can boost 12++ hours of battery usage for the phone (maybe even more, depends on the thickness)!!

Next time I am going to see the battery first before looking at CPU speed when I plan to buy the phone in the future. smile.gif

Last time I read the news about the new technology of battery that will substitute lithium battery and can withstand for one week. Don't know whether it's real or not.

I wish that Samsung will release more battery products for SII in the future though it maybe impossible...

guys,

remember the other day free offer for Modern Combat 3 at Samsung Apps Store.. i can't play the game.. when i run the game it's just load the initial screen and that's it..

MC3 requires internet connection to be opened, even after download complete. This means when you want to play it, you need internet connection for every time.

Ok guys I report back my problem about phone lag that i stated last week.
My phone has 156 hours uptime now. No lag issue occurred again. The pirated apps are the main reason for my problem. Special thanks to 2 people who helped me. One is singapore, I forgot another one. sad.gif

So, for those idiots who complain about Android super lag, please remove pirated apps first before opening your mouth (kaopeh) or stating the problem at Lowyat forum!
Oh yes, thanks to Uncle Benny too for main post on the first page.

Hey guys, sorry for another noob question.
450 - 550MB Ram usage is EXTREMELY normal for SII right?
A unrooted SII and all still original, of course.

Depending on what applications you are running in the background.

Mine generally uses RAM in the high 300s, rarely does it exceed 400MB unless I run multiple apps at the same time. With facebook app turned on and browsing with 1 or 2 windows, it's still around low 400s.

Hmmm I can get this amount of ram if I restart the phone. My RAM will increase until 450mb after 50hours of uptime. Now the RAM keeps constant at around 500mb ( 210 hours of uptime for now). This should be normal I think? I have 4 page of widgets. Most are original while there are 2 from other apps.

My ram usage is similar to yours. Its normal. As long as your phone dun slow down or lag its not an issue.  tongue.gif

Thanks. You reply helped me a lot!! smile.gif
I have nearly the same opinion with yours one.

However, I feel strange as there are many people telling me that they have only 300 - 400mb of ram usage only. Why can't I reach it? T.T

however, if you are a non-G version, my personal advise is to upgrade to "The Dark Side"  flex.gif

I don't catch your meaning. Custom Rom I guess?

I'm not supporting him but I think I had read news about Note2 last week. On GSMarena. But still in rumor state.
