the card is new cimb card which is atm + mastercard debit card..

Arghhh i still cant buy anything from steam using my cimb debit card.. am i missing something here?? Do i have to match the name and address in the payment method to the ones that i used to register my card? Card number is the same as my atm+debit card number right?  can someone help me or do i have to do something with cimb first? |
